At present ECE includes 28 European countries, excluding European Union members, and non European countries such as Eastern Europe and southern Europe, which are recommended by all members, not mandatory standards. Members can apply ECE regulations. It can also be used to extend domestic regulations. At present, from the market demand, usually ECE members are willing to receive the test reports that comply with the ECE regulations and the certificate. E logo certificates are parts and system components, the products without the corresponding regulations of the vehicle certification, and the product certified by the E logo are the common domestic E for the market. The certification products have automobile light bulbs, safety glass, tires, triangle warning signs, vehicle electronic products and so on. The implementation test organization of E mark certification is generally the certificate issuing agency of the technical service agency of ECE member countries. The certificate authority of the ECE member countries is the government department of the member countries of the member states of the member countries of the country.

The e-Mark logo is divided into two forms, one is a rectangular outer frame, the other is a circular outer frame, representing different meanings.

A rectangular outer frame is a product that can be used normally rather than necessarily when the vehicle is stopped and exercised, for example:
Vehicle charger, vehicular lamp / flashlight, vehicle air pump, vehicle massage / heating cushion, car car fan, car electric kettle, vehicle refrigerator, car car coffee pot, car TV / audio, vehicle electric jack, vehicle vacuum cleaner, vehicle electric tool, etc.

The circular frame refers to the products that must be used when the vehicle is stopped and exercised, for example:
Windshield, safety belt, headlights and so on.
And the number in the frame is 1, 2,... 13... On behalf of the different European Union members and countries that issued the e-Mark certificate. For example, 1 represents Germany, 4 represents Holland, 13 represents Luxemburg, 23 represents Ireland and so on, that is, the e-Mark certificate issued by the Ministry of transport of the country.
